Course/Class registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable to other classes.
There are no make-up sessions provided for missed classes.
We are a R+ facility and therefore do not allow use of aversive training tools/techniques such as e-collars, pinch/prong collars, choke chains, leash corrections, etc. If your interested in ways to replace these tools/techniques gives us a call and we’d be happy to setup a consult to discuss options and develop a plan.
